In 1997 I had the opportunity to visit Dunn’s River Falls in Jamaica while on a mission trip with our youth group. While there one of our students suggested that he could climb up the falls. Some thought it possible, others impossible, I as leader weighed in “Impossible and unwise”. Chris proceeded to enter into the water and began his assent of the falls. Not only was it possible, he made it look easy as it seemed there were unseen handholds waiting to found. Soon the entire group, including their reluctant pastor climbed the falls. What once seemed impossible, became possible as we saw Chris’ example.
The same is true for our lives of faith. We are encouraged and inspired by the saints who have gone before us to live in ways that we once thought impossible. In our new sermons series, “Faith Like That”, we will consider the aspects of faith of Biblical characters and delve into how we can grow and develop faith like that.
Here is some information to help orient you to where we are and how you can join us as we follow God's call to grow into faithful disciples together!

One of the ironies of our modern lives is that we have never been more connected and felt so disconnected. In our current series, Connected, we will explore this reality and God's response that changes everything.

We acknowledge that we all sin before God and are helpless without God's forgiveness and loving kindness. We are reliant on God's redeeming grace to forgive our sins - past, present and future. We trust, love, worship, adore, and serve the one true, triune God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We declare that Jesus Christ alone is Lord and the only Savior for humanity. Salvation and a right relationship with God are found only by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We declare the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the Holy Word of God, the unique and authoritative witness to Jesus Christ, and our primary guide in matters of faith and life.
As a part of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church we believe, teach, and strive to live out the Westminster Confession of Faith.
